Hope Haven Guatemala Wheelchair Recipient Story: Maria Fernanda

As an infant Maria Fernanda was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. From the time of her diagnosis her parents sought out options for giving her a better quality of life.  Thanks to her wheelchair ten-year-old Maria attends school and has learned read and write. She has received support from her teachers and acceptance from her schoolmates. Maria Fernanda’s mother is very grateful and says that “God’s purposes for Fernanda’s life are perfect.”
