Hope Haven, Inc's Day Habilitation program, known as My Day, is designed to enrich the lives of individuals through a variety of personal, social, and community activities. Our My Day program of supports helps individuals to enrich their lives and enjoy a full range of community engagement by providing opportunities for developing, enhancing, and maintaining competency in personal, social, and community activities.


The intention is that all individuals should have the opportunity to explore their potential, and achieve rewarding, successful lives in their communities.

My Day offers opportunities for individuals to explore and engage in meaningful and purposeful activities based on individual preferences. Opportunities are based on concepts like maximum time in the community, individual goals and preferences, and adult appropriate activities, among others.


Chosen activities promote the full integration and inclusion of individuals into their communities through positive community contributions and relationship development.
