* "Closed" means The Achievement Center, My Day, Key To Success, and Business/Administration Offices are closed for business and/or day programming. Note that those locations are all closed on all Saturdays and Sundays.

* Residents who work in the community — and the Hope Haven Staff who support them through The Achievement Center, My Choice, or Group Supported — may be expected to work on a holiday at the discretion of the employer for whom they work.

* Hope Haven will no longer be offering transportation routes to and from the Des Moines and Sioux City areas for holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Independence Day. Family members/guardians will need to make other arrangements for transportation for their family members. Hope Haven staff will be available to assist clients, family members/guardians with discussing and exploring alternative transportation options. For questions, please call 712-476-3122.
