Next up for DSP Recognition Week is Jean and Ryan!

Jean DeBey has been a Hope Haven employee for 13 years. Community Living Manager Amanda says “Jean is extremely knowledgable about each person she supports and she notices small changes in actions and behaviors. Jean goes above and beyond to advance community inclusion. She is a great encourager and the person who is right there beside the individuals to support them in what they want to do.”

Ryan has been with Hope Haven for 8 years. Community Living Manager Amy says “Ryan is dedicated and compassionate to those he serves. He goes above and beyond what is expected of him. Ryan has even learned American Sign Language on his own time so that he can better communicate with those who are hard of hearing.”

Help us in thanking Jean Ryan and our whole DSP Crew!
