Meet Amy! Amy is a Service Coordinator at Hope Haven in Spirit Lake and has been a part of the team for 8 years.

When explaining why she loves her Hope Haven job, Amy said, “I love when clients are excited to tell me about their day, dreams, goals, and accomplishments. I have the privilege of working with some amazing clients, guardians, co-workers, and outside agencies.”

Amy connects with Hope Haven’s core value “compassionate” because, “It takes compassion to do this job and my compassion for others was the driving force to why I applied with Hope Haven and continue to love what I do within Hope Haven.”

Amy explained how she has grown professionally during her time at Hope Haven, “I started with Hope Haven as a Direct Support Professional before I was considered for a Lead DSP position. I have now been a service coordinator for 3 and a half years. I have grown within the company in the past 7 years and have always felt my contributions to the company is greatly appreciated.”
