Meet Ed! Ed is an Employment and Day Services Manager at Hope Haven in Sibley and has been a part of the team for 10 years.

When explaining why he loves his Hope Haven job, Ed said, “I don’t love my job; I love what my job offers me which includes: serving others, working with a team, daily challenges, always something new to experience, and a great environment.”

Ed believes the best benefit of working at Hope Haven is, “The satisfaction of seeing others being successful due to you as a staff person committed to serving others.”

Ed describes himself as strong, committed, and compassionate. Something you might not know about him is that he has a twin brother that is ten minutes older than him!
