Meet Jake! Jake is our IT Manager in Rock Valley and has been a part of the Hope Haven team for 8 and a half years.

When asked what his favorite part about the Hope Haven team is, Jake explained, “No matter what part of Hope Haven you work in, the goal is to have a positive impact on a person who needs it. Our staff and volunteers make a difference daily.”

Jake said the best benefit of working at Hope Haven is, “The relationships – whether it’s with the people served or coworkers – the relationships built are life changing.”

He describes himself as family centered, open minded, and diligent. Something you might not know about him is that his family loves hockey, he enjoys traveling and cooking, and he has been involved in emergency services in Hull for 7 years!

We appreciate all you do, Jake!
