Meet Ken! Ken has been an employment specialist in the Sioux Rivers Region for 8 years.

When asked why he loves working at Hope Haven Ken explained “I have seen many people change their lives forever with community based employment. Working with individuals with Mental Health Challenges and being able to see how they are able to live hand in hand with their challenges and obtain meaningful lives.”

Ken connects with Hope Haven’s core value “compassionate” because “I believe in each and every person that I work with that they have the ability to succeed in life and can rise above the barriers that they face.”

Three words Ken uses to describe himself are integrity persistence and encourager. A fun fact about Ken is that he was an All-American offensive lineman at Valparaiso University.

Thank you for everything you do Ken!
