Community inclusion; the ‘nutshell’ goal of Hope Haven’s My Choice Employment program. The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) defines inclusion as “ the achievement of a work environment in which all individuals are treated fairly and respectfully have equal access to opportunities and resources and can contribute fully to the organization’s success.

To date My Choice Employment has partnered with almost 200 employers in 26 different communities to expand inclusive workforces. What does this mean? It means that local businesses have a wide range of employment needs due to workforce shortage growing business baby boomer retirements left and right and record low unemployment rates.

My Choice Employment is able to work with businesses one on one to assess their current needs discuss creation of customized positions to increase efficiency fill current openings and boost diversity and inclusion through partnership.  Interested in learning more?
