Meet Deb! Deb is a Direct Support Professional at our Faith Hope & Charity division in Storm Lake IA. She has been an employee since 2005.

Her favorite thing about our Hope Haven team? “Having fun working and helping each other.”

She describes herself as dependable hard-working and creative.

When asked how she has grown during her time with Hope Haven she answers “I have been given education skills and training to better understand the children I work with.”

The best benefit of working at Hope Haven? “…you are part of the children’s lives. You laugh with them…teach them daily life skills and are their family.”

Thanks for all that you do Deb!
