Q: What lessons have you learned since working at Hope Haven?

A: When you are willing to work alongside your crew…they are willing to put forth more effort.

Q: What is your favorite part of your job?

A: Receving compliments from the people we work for and passing along the compliments to the work crew.

Q: What is your favorite part of your work day?

A: Going to the sites in the community.

Q: What is your day not complete without?

A: A good laugh.

Q: If you were training a new team member what advice would you give them?

A: Ask for help from coworkers and in return help them when they need it. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Relax don’t get frustated. It will all work out.
