In this blog we share an interview with Community Living Supervisor Stacie Linke and what she loves about her job:

“As an Hourly Supervisor I get to be an advocate for the individuals we serve behind the scenes as well as helping them succeed in their daily lives by providing direct services. I love my job because I get to see the difference I make in these individuals lives first hand. There is no greater joy than to see a child excited to see you pull up in front of their house or see the proud smile teens and adults get when they successfully do something on their own they hadn’t been able to do before because I helped them succeed.”
