When asked what her favorite thing about the Hope Haven team is Service Coordinator Des R. answers “The willingness to work together to make things happen.” Des has been a Hope Haven employee for nearly 10 years. Here are a few reasons why she loves her Hope Haven job:
- “I enjoy meeting new people and supporting individuals through their day to day while encouraging a faith based life.”
- “I love being able to help the individuals learn self-determination and how to advocate for themselves.”
- “The benefits package is wonderful. It is great to know you have good insurance.”
- “Every day is a different adventure.”
