Two-year-old Hilary was born six months premature. Because of her early birth she was placed in an incubator for three months and ultimately diagnosed with hypothyroidism pulmonary dysplasia among other ailments. After a year and a half and further tests she was also diagnosed with cerebral palsy. Hilary laughs and talks continues to learn attends rehabs and her parents see an improvement in their daughter. They have a desire to see their daughter walk and study and express their gratitude for Hilary’s new wheelchair thanks to Hope Haven Guatemala.
